A short note for parents and guardians
We built 67 Challenge to help children in grades K-8 learn through play. We collect as little information from your child as we can while still making the app work. We do not sell your child's personal information. We do not show third-party advertising inside 67 Challenge.

1. About 67 Challenge
67 Challenge is an educational application designed for children in kindergarten through eighth grade. The app is owned and operated by CloudOneSoftware LLC.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 From a child under 13
- Display name or nickname
- In-app learning activity and progress
- Responses entered during educational activities
We do not intentionally collect highly sensitive personal data from children unless provided by a parent during account setup.
2.2 From parents/guardians/account holders
- Email address
- Optional name
- Payment metadata processed by payment providers
- Support communications
2.3 Automatically collected
- Device and app diagnostics
- Persistent technical identifiers
- Crash logs and aggregate usage metrics
3. How We Use Information
We use information to provide the service, adapt educational content, improve app stability, communicate with parents, and comply with legal obligations.
4. AI and Machine Learning
67 Challenge uses AI to generate educational prompts and explanations. Service providers are contractually restricted from training general-purpose models on children's personal information.
5. How We Share Information
We do not sell, rent, or trade children's personal information. We share limited data only with trusted processors, parents/guardians, or where required by law.
6. Parental Rights (COPPA)
Parents can review, delete, or limit further collection of their child's information by contacting us at contact@cloudonesoftware.com.
7. Data Security and Retention
We use industry-standard safeguards including encrypted transit, encrypted storage, access controls, and operational monitoring. Data is retained only as needed to operate the service and meet legal obligations.
8. Additional Rights
California residents have rights under CCPA/CPRA. EU/UK users have rights under GDPR/UK GDPR, including access, correction, deletion, and complaint rights.
